IDEOLOGY, OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE INSTITUTE

  • Ideology of the Institute

  • (a) The Institute is an autonomous, independent and private organization for research, educational and support system, established with the purpose of promoting and enhancing international law on all levels, as well as the legal frameworks, activities, development programs and purposes of the United Nations systems, the global Earth, world regional institutions, and U.N member states, through research, studies, data gathering, documentation, review, analysis, publication, annotation, seminar, monitoring, education, reporting, consultancy, workshop and recommendation.
  • (b) The ideology of the institute is based on enhancement and promotion of international law and global legal policies.
  • (c)Through this ideology the institute shall be dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of international law on all levels, and the legal frameworks, policies and legal systems of the United Nations and that of world regional institutions. And accordingly, the Institute’s agenda and general policy frameworks shall be derived directly from the Institute’s purpose, objectives and functions as informed by this ideology.

     Fundamental Objectives and Functions of the Institute The fundamental objectives and functions of the Institute are, to:

  • 1. Promote international law on all levels, as well as legal frameworks, purposes and development programs of the United Nations, the global Earth, world regional institutions and U.N member states;
  • 2. Enhance the functionality of the international law on all levels and the policies and legal systems of the United Nations, and engage in development and advocacy of law for the betterment of the world‟s citizenry, international peace, security, economic, environmental, humanitarian and social character interest and development across themes;
  • 3. Conduct studies and research, and undertake database gathering, documentation, review, analysis, publications, annotation, seminars, monitoring, educational programs, reporting, consultancy, workshops and recommendation on international law on all levels, and the policies, legal systems and development programs of the United Nations;
  • 4. Promote world-wide awareness of international law, the purposes , legal frameworks and legal systems of the United Nations;
    5. Advocate for, and introduce measures for implementation of best practices for international law and the United Nations development programs;
    6. Build broad-based professional relationship, strategy alliance and partnership with key academic institutions at all levels across the world in pursuit of the institute’s purpose, objectives and functions; and for the supportive collaboration and promotion of international law and legal frameworks of the United Nations and its development programs;
  1. Provide legal suggestions, strategies, designs and techniques of solving global problems and provide modified ways and approaches for amelioration or prevention of incidents.
  2. Organize periodical conferences, seminars, debates and workshops on issues relating to the purpose, objectives and functions of the Institute as contained in this Constitution Articles.
  •  9. Arranging conferences, seminars, symposia and meetings for discussion on international law, legal frameworks, policy and development programs of the United Nations and global problems for solution, reading of papers and delivery of lectures, publishing copies of abridgement of papers, books, lectures, records and other memoranda instilling high standard of professional ability, research and knowledge as contained in the Constitution articles.
